Richard Bevan

Richard has a background as a Physiotherapist after completing a BAppSc(Physio) and then a Post Grad Diploma (Manip Physio) at Curtin University. He then moved into the corporate arena and for the past 12 years has operated as an MD / CEO of various public and private companies.

Richard is currently Managing Director of Cassini Resources Ltd, an ASX listed resource exploration company based in Perth. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Empired Limited and Non-Executive Chairman of Cool Clear Water Group Limited.

Richard is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He was appointed to the Board of Intework in 2011 and took on the role as Chairman in April 2012.

Mike Donnelly

Mike is Managing Director of Michael Donnelly and Associates (MDA), a management consulting firm based in Perth.

MDA specialises in executive solutions in supply chain logistics, capital investment, and corporate governance and has established a number of selected collaborative arrangements with other consulting practices.

He has served in senior management positions within the agriculture, livestock and meat industries since 1989.

Mike was CEO of the Perth Market Authority (PMA) from 2005 to 2010 and during this time PMA became an employer of Intework clients.  Mike served as CEO of the WA Meat Industry Authority from 1995 to 2005.

In 2002, Mike added to his tertiary training in agriculture and business management by completing the AICD Company Directors’ Course, has attended the AICD Directors course for not-for-profit organisations, and in 2010 completed the Advanced training program for Company Directors.

Mike was appointed to the Board in 2006 and is the Chair of the Intework Finance and Audit Committee. Mike is committed to the provision of services and lifestyle options to people with disabilities.

Jill Hanna MBL

 

Jill is the General Manager, Strategy and Corporate Support at Amana Living, one of WA’s largest not-for-profit aged care providers. Jill has previously held senior management roles in strategic planning, information technology, business improvement and customer service.

Her main areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, project management, corporate governance and performance management.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jill was also awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2004 to travel overseas to study university and community partnerships. She has had a long term interest in social justice and the provision of opportunities for disadvantaged people.

Di Shepherd BSocSci

Di retired as a Senior Policy Officer with the Disability Services Commission in 2009 and has served as Executive Officer for the Developmental Disability Council of Western Australia, the Ministerial Advisory Council for Disability Services and the Council of DSC Funded Agencies. Di has been heavily involved in parental advocacy for Post School Options since 1980 and has served on boards and committees of various disability service providers.

She is committed to the importance of Post School Options and the provision of choices for school leavers and their families.
Her son Paul has Autism and an intellectual disability and is a client in the Intework Lifeskills Plus program.

Paul Cougan BAppSc (Medical Science) Post Grad Dip.

Paul is the Manager of Water Treatment Systems Australia, a water treatment company involved in environmental remediation, being a recent move away from his pathology and medical software background. Paul’s previous experience was as manager of marketing and medical liaison with PathWest and he is currently an active member of Hale Hockey and Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club.

Paul is married with three daughters, with Verity enjoying the special experience availed through Intework at Joondalup.

Paul Finkelstein CPA

Paul is a Certified Practising Accountant and a senior partner in Finkelstein Hickmott Pty Ltd, Certified Practising Accountants.
Paul has been a principal in his own practice in excess of 30 years and during the time has been involved with general business consultancy and helping set up and develop a number of service related businesses.

In recent years he has focused more on the areas of general business consulting and business management.
Paul is married and has two sons.  One son is enjoying the experiences offered by Intework.

Nicolle Jenkins

Nicolle has spent more than two decades in the marketing and communications industry throughout Australia, with management positions in the corporate and not-for-profit world.  Nicolle is Managing Director of The Hub Marketing Communications, an integrated marketing, design, digital communications and research agency. 

Nicolle has worked extensively across a variety of industries and sectors.  Nicolle began The Hub in 2005 which employs a team of nine with clients across Australia.  The Hub was recognised as finalists in the Telstra Small Business Awards in 2009 and 2011. 

Nicolle has completed a Bachelor of Communications, an Executive MBA and a Masters in Management Research.  She is a Certified Practicing Marketer and WA Councillor with the Australian Marketing Institute and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Nicolle was awarded a coveted 40 under 40 award in 2012 and was a finalist in the 2011 Telstra WA Businesswoman of the Year awards (business owner category).  Nicolle is currently the Chair of the Small Enterprise Network (SEN) with CCIWA and is a member of CCI's General Council.

With a passion for making a difference, Nicolle is excited to assist Intework in the provision of services and lifestyle choices for people with disabilities.

Nicolle is married to Dugald and has two young daughters, Hannah and Ava.
