Act-Belong-Commit is a community-based health promotion campaign that encourages people to take action to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This evidence-based campaign was developed primarily from research undertaken by Curtin University into people’s perceptions of mental health and the behaviours they believed protected and promoted good mental health. The campaign is directed by Mentally Healthy WA at Curtin University, and implemented through health services, local governments, women’s health services and not-for-profit groups.

On Friday 2nd December Intework Joondalup & Stirling/Osborne Park, clients, employees and staff, celebrated International Day of People with disabilities in style!

Intework is delighted to announce that for the third year in succession an Intework staff member has been awarded the Employee of the Year Award for ADE at this event.  Indeed the three finalists this year were all Intework employees.

Intework has published its annual report for 2010-2011. The report brings together the highlights of activity under the main areas of Employment and the Lifeskills Plus programs.
